The initiative will boost confidence among students, and encourage them to write. This will also give a platform to the students who are interested to take journalism, script writer, poet, story teller, motivator, podcaster etc as their career option. The mentors will support students so that their imagination flows in structured form. Two groups will be formed- Desk Editors (7 members), and field reports (8 members), each group will have one mentor. Two BRPs or interested teachers (preferably language) will mentor the students on establishing the club and guiding them at every step.

Each reporter will be allotted particular area for the news collection. The field reports will bring local stories and send them to the desk editors
